Welcome to PromptPod. By creating an account or using PromptPod, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

PromptPod is a web-based prompt library designed to help users store, search, and reuse text prompts. It does not execute prompts, provide workflow automation, or generate content by default.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PromptPod.

By using the service, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • You are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

  • Keeping your login credentials secure.

  • All activity that occurs under your account.

  • Ensuring your email address remains accurate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Content

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all prompts, contexts, notes, and other content you store in PromptPod (“User Content”).

We do not claim ownership of your content.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The legality of your content.

  • Ensuring you have the right to store and reuse it.

  • Any consequences arising from its use.

PromptPod does not review, monitor, or approve your prompts.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use PromptPod to:

  • Store or distribute unlawful content.

  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

  • Store malicious code or harmful material.

  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.

  • Abuse or overload the system.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. AI Features (Opt-In Only)

PromptPod may include optional AI-powered features such as prompt refinement.

Important:

  • AI features are never automatically applied.

  • AI features only process content when explicitly triggered by you.

  • You may disable AI features entirely in settings (if available).

We do not use your prompts to train general AI models.

7. Data Storage and Portability

PromptPod stores your data in a cloud-based infrastructure.

Export

You may export your prompts and contexts as a JSON file at any time.

Export is intended to ensure portability and prevent lock-in.

Import

Imported data may merge with existing records according to documented merge rules.

We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party tools.

8. Locked Snapshots

PromptPod allows you to create “Locked” versions of prompts.

Locked versions:

  • Are user-controlled.

  • Cannot be modified automatically.

  • Remain stable unless manually updated.

PromptPod does not alter Locked content without explicit user action.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Instant performance

Scheduled maintenance or outages may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • PromptPod is provided “as is”.

  • We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We are not liable for loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages.

You are responsible for maintaining backups using the export feature.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

11. Deletion and Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon deletion:

  • Your prompts and contexts will be permanently removed.

  • Recovery may not be possible after a short retention window.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service

We may:

  • Add, remove, or modify features.

  • Change pricing.

  • Discontinue parts of the service.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated before they take effect.

13. Pricing and Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed in advance.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Downgrading may limit your ability to add new prompts.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

14. Intellectual Property

The PromptPod platform, including:

  • Interface

  • Branding

  • Design system

  • Software code

is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce the platform without permission.

15. Privacy

Your use of PromptPod is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains:

  • What data we collect

  • How it is stored

  • How it is processed

16. Governing Law
